Got a new flash and not sure how to use it? This is the class for you!

Learning and understanding flash photography has challenged photographers for years! Flash is an incredibly useful tool spanning many styles of photography: portraits, macro, night photography, real estate, and much more! Your journey in flash photography starts here!

This class will cover some of the following topics and more:

• How external flashes work
• TTL and manual exposure for flash
• Flash metering techniques
• Tools of the trade

By the end of the session, you’ll have a better understanding of how to get the best results from your flash and camera together.

Do I need to pre-register?

What do I bring to class?

• A pen and paper to take notes.
• If you'd like to write down any questions you have, you're welcome to bring those with you. We will do our best to get to as many as your questions as we can.
• Be sure to bring your camera, flash, lens, charged battery, and memory card. Having these with you will help you follow along with the presentation, take test photos, and address any camera-specific questions you may have!
