Refund Policy:
Ticket Refunds:
- All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or cancellation of the Sneaker Ball event by Tabitha’s House, Inc., ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to events@tabithashouseint.org within 30 days of the event cancellation announcement.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Exceptional Circumstances:
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating situations.
Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to events@tabithashouseint.org, providing relevant documentation to support the request.
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed at the discretion of Tabitha’s House, Inc. A processing fee may apply.
Event Changes:
Tabitha’s House, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, program, or venue as necessary. In the event of any changes, reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders in advance.
Changes to the event schedule, program, or venue do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
No Shows:
No refunds will be issued for ticket holders who do not attend the Sneaker Ball event without prior notification.
