About this event

Start off your day with some great exercise outside! Tabata is a type of high high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise, you do eight rounds of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. All are welcome to take part in this early morning program!

***An NYC Parks Recreation Center membership is required to enter the building.***

***Please bring in a valid NYS driver's license/non-driver's ID, IDNYC, or passport for identification.***
