Most organizations struggle with achieving desired levels of productivity and performance. Undesirable effects such as long lead-times or project durations, unreliable delivery of products or services, quality issues, low customer satisfaction, and low team-morale are all too common. In order to achieve a breakthrough, we must break something; inertia, a policy, a false assumption, a counterproductive metric, or a system constraint. Thinking in terms of a system, understanding cause and effect logic, and realizing the power of leverage points are critical to begin to shift our mindsets. Join this fun and informative session and learn how thinking differently to improve "flow" leads us to breakthroughs in improved business performance.
