Fan Tan AlleyVictoria, BC
Thursday, May 7 at 9 am to Friday, May 8 at 5 pm
Overview

Our Systemic Change program is focused on a neuro-biologic approach to orchestrating organizational change.

This immersive learning program is for leaders tasked with guiding constant, complex change in their organizations and communities. It aligns change with human neurobiology via an integrated toolset that forms a system for guiding continuous adaptive change.

Openfield’s systemic change approach is delivered through a series of interconnected, interactive conversations rooted in shared discovery.

The approach, with its neuro-diagnostic lens, shifts the focus from managing tasks to designing human systems.

  • Participants will be able to lead change in a neuro-literate, ethically mature way, using their awareness of bias and emotional regulation to steward psychologically safe, adaptive, and sustainable systemic change.
