<P>Welcome to Synergy, A Business Networking and Career Fair! The Maryland Aviation Administration is open for business! This Synergy Business Networking event is designed to connect your business with our decision makers and resources at the airport. When you leave this Synergy event, you will be equipped with the knowledge on current and upcoming contracting opportunities with the Maryland Department of Transportation’s (MDOT) Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) and how to do business with the State of Maryland. BWI Marshall and Martin State Airports are economic engines that create contract opportunities and business strategies to help you gain valuable information and grow your business.</P>

<P>This event holds true to the Synergy concept, that the value and performance of companies combined is greater than the value of them separately. Synergy responds to major issues small and minority-owned businesses face most often in airport-related procurement. This networking opportunity provides access to decision makers, prime contractors and subcontractors, and forecast information on the direction of the airport.</P>

<P>Synergy will feature a series of FREE innovative information sessions for aspiring entrepreneurs and seasoned business professionals on state business certifications, financing, preparing for bids, agency forecasts session, access to capital and more!</P>

<H2>About the Career Fair & Information Sessions<BR></H2>
<P><SPAN>The afternoon is dedicated to the Synergy Career Fair from Noon to 4 pm. The fair presents a unique opportunity for prospective employees to meet with employers and attend information sessions on the power of social media, interview skills and available career services from Baltimore, Anne Arundel and Prince George’s County. Maryland Aviation Administration, Maryland Workforce Exchange, and Fraport USA will be among the many employers on-site offering service, management and hospitality-based opportunities.</SPAN></P>
