SWIRCA Brewfest 2018

The Southwestern Indiana Regional Council on Aging (SWIRCA & More) is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization with the mission,"Enhancing Opportunities for Independent Living."Since 1973, SWIRCA & More has provided services to residents in Spencer, Posey, Perry, Warrick, Gibson, and Vanderburgh counties, working efficiently and effectively to assess the needs of older adults, care givers, and individuals of all ages living with disabilities.SWIRCA & More focuses its efforts on empowering individuals of all ages to remain living safely in their own homes by providing free, unbiased information on community and government resources, helping determine the availability of services, and identifying gaps in existing services.

Voted Evansville's Best Brew Festival by Evansville Living Magazine in 2016, Brewfest 2018 is an event you do not want to miss! More than 6,000 festival patrons will have the opportunity to taste over 300 craft beers, wines, and liquors. All proceeds go to benefit SWIRCA & More, a non-profit organization that dedicates itself to helping individuals maintain their independence in the face of disabilities and aging. 
Must be 21+ to attend event with valid ID.
General Admission $40/Person (6-9 PM) • Entrance into the Festival • A souvenir tasting glass • Unlimited beer and wine samples • Spirits tasting • Great food from local vendors • Entertainment, games, and just a great time! VIP Admission $70/Person (5-9 PM) • An extra hour of tasting  • VIP entrance line • Access to exclusive VIP area with special food and private bar • A souvenir tasting glass • Premium Parking
Designated Driver tickets are $10 and only available at the door. 
Please Note: If you do not wish to pay the processing fee charged by Eventbrite, you may purchase tickets by calling SWIRCA at 812-464-7800 or stopping by our offices. If using a credit card at SWIRCA, there is a 3% processing fee. As this event is a fundraiser for SWIRCA & More, tickets are nonrefundable. This is a rain or shine event.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? All attendees must be 21 years or older with a valid ID (no exceptions).
What is the refund policy? As this event is a fundraiser for SWIRCA & More, we can't refund tickets. 
What happens if it rains? This is a rain or shine event. If severe weather hits, we will assess whether to cancel or not. A cancellation will be notified via email and social media. 
Where can I park? VIP parking will be located in the main parking lot at Bosse Field. Vendor and volunteer parking will be located in the far-right section of Bosse’s main parking lot and at Crawford’s Door. General admission parking will be located throughout Garvin Park. SWIRCA & More and Bosse Field are not responsible for your vehicle if left overnight.
The name on the online registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? Eventbrite tickets have a unique barcode and can only be scanned once. If the names don't match, that is alright as long as the barcode hasn't been used.
Can I buy tickets at the door? You can purchase tickets at the door both with cash and credit cards as long as we have not sold out. 
I am well over 21 years old, do I still need to bring my ID? Yes! All attendees must show an ID to be let into the festival. No ID, no entry.
