No. No partner is needed. There will be other participants in class to dance and practice with.

What kind of shoes do I wear?

You can wear any comfortable shoe. Some people wear dance shoes or dance socks, but it is not required.

Yes! Beginners are welcome and we will teach you the fundamentals of the dance.

Yes. Children are welcome. Persons under 18 years of age are FREE!

Swingout is a swing style dance that originated in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. It is danced with a partner in which you dance to a 6 count pattern. It can be danced to a wide variety of music.
