All participants must be 18 or older to attend our events.2. No purchase is necessary to win the prizes during our events. The prizes are offered as part of the event to enhance participant experience and are not in any way tied to an obligation of pay to win.Participation in this event is voluntary, and participants are not obligated to purchase at any point during or after the event. The selection of prize winners will not be influenced by any purchases made or skills performed. All participants will have an equal chance of winning the prizes, regardless of any purchases made. Unfortunately, we’ve had to take this firm stance because so many have taken advantage of refunds in the past; we simply cannot provide refunds for cancellations, non-attendance, or other reasons without losing significant time, money, and other valuable resources. No Cash or Credit Refunds Will Be Awarded For The Following Reasons:<ol><li>Can no longer attend the event (for any reason).</li></ol>2. Late arrivals.3. Early departures.4. Mental or medical conditions.5. Can’t find the address.6. Failure to read the details of the event.7. Changing your mind about attending. Cash or Credit Refunds Will Be Awarded For The Following Reasons:1. We canceled the event and will not reschedule it within 90 days.2. The event was not fully performed.3. The event description presented to the customer at the time of purchase is significantly different from the actual event.4. Attendees cannot attend the event because we failed to adequately plan for capacity, ingress, or egress.5. Attendees are burdened by safety concerns.6. Attendees are unable to access your event’s venue.7. The order is a duplicate.8. The order is a result of fraudulent activity or any misrepresentation. If you want to dispute the refund policy, you must do the following.
