Swedish Tisus Test Prep Course for ages 16-20 (Virtual)

Fall semester 8/28/24-12/18/24. Spring semester 1/15/25-5/28/25.
No class on 11/27/24, 4/2/25.
~ Swedish instructor: Anna-Karin Brazee
~ Description: This class is for students, 16-20 years old, with a good level of spoken Swedish, who need to work on their reading and writing skills. We will cover the curriculum normally taught at the Swedish gymnasium, and prepare the students who wish to take the Tisus test in May 2025.
The Tisus test is a language level test and a university entry requirement for students with a foreign high school education. The course is also open for students who plan to do the Tisus test at a later time, or who just wish to elevate their Swedish skills without doing the test.
~ About the instructor: Anna-Karin Brazee is teaching youth classes and adults beginners in Swedish at The Scandinavian School & Cultural Center. She was previously living in Switzerland where she was a teacher at Svenska Skolan in Zürich.
~ This program receives a yearly grant from Skolverket in Sweden.
