Sweats & Reflect[ions] is an event for the Intentional Woman to release things no longer serving her and set intentions to flourish and grow in 2020. Things to look forward to: yoga, meditation, intention-setting, refreshments, goodie bags, raffle prize, meeting like-minded women, and music. Ditch the holiday dresses & Spanx, and come cute and comfortable in your favorite sweats/athletic wear. Bring your mat if you have one. One will be provided if you don't.
