Introducing "Sweat The Stress" – a rejuvenating fitness program crafted by Richardson Manzol (Fitness Coach and Spartan Race Athlete/Ambassador), designed to provide a sanctuary for those seeking relief from the stresses of everyday life.


In our fast-paced world, finding time to unwind and focus on personal wellness can often feel like a luxury. "Sweat The Stress" aims to change that by offering free weekly sessions to the vibrant community of Calgary.


Led by Richardson Manzol himself, each session kicks off with heart-pumping HIIT workouts

(Insanity Live), carefully curated to invigorate both body and mind. As participants sweat away the tension of work, personal challenges, or simply the demands of modern life, they'll discover a newfound sense of vitality and clarity.


But the journey doesn't stop there. "Sweat The Stress" is committed to evolving alongside its community. In the coming weeks, we'll be partnering with local coaches, gyms and restaurants to introduce a diverse range of fitness modalities, ensuring that every participant finds the perfect outlet for their wellness journey.


Whether you're a newcomer to fitness or a seasoned enthusiast, "Sweat The Stress" welcomes you with open arms. Join us as we embark on a transformative journey to prioritize self-care, connection, and empowerment. Because in a world filled with chaos, sometimes all it takes is a little sweat to find your center.

The first event will be a fullbody workout which will consist of:

* Warm Up

* Block 1: Cardio and Plyometrics

* Block 2: Strength and Balance

* Block 3: Coordination, Agility, and Speed

* Block 4: Abs and Core

* Cool Down


What to bring:

* Water

* Face Towel

* Fitness/Yoga Mat

* Proper Fitness Clothes

* Change of Clothes (at least T-Shirt)

* Arrive at least 10 minutes before the class, so you can get familiar with the workout and moves.

  1. You could park at the Stanpede Park Parking Lot and then walk across the bridge to the gazebo where the workout will be held.
  2. Small Lot in front of the gazebo (Not official but you could park here)
