PowerFit , is an Energized, Inspiring, Non- Stop Full-Body Work-Out.

This class includes simple to follow movements that provide powerful results. We target your Hips, Glutes, Thighs, Chest, Core, and much more.

Come ready to Sweat, Tone, and , De-Stress . We infuse, Cardio, Weights, Boxing, HiiT, and Boot Camp moves.

Modifications are demonstrated during class (All are welcome).

Recommended Items: Water, Mat, and Dumbbells (water bottles) are optional.

I am an AFAA Certified  and Shape Up NYC Group Fitness Instructor who is passionate about teaching fitness classess. My classes  are challenging, high energy, inspiring, and fun.   Class is designed for those of all fitness levels.  

I inspire, moitvate, and ask eveyone to keep moving while having a "Blast". 

I love seeing my clients grow stronger and more confident.  

During the COVID 19, classes are FREE.  I want everyone to have a fun and safe  space where they can feel welcome.
