About this event
Sweat on the Ship
Come join us for an exciting workout event on board the USS Yorktown! Get ready to break a sweat and challenge yourself with a unique fitness experience surrounded by the most beautiful views of Charleston. Whether you're a fitness fanatic or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this event is perfect for all levels. After the workout there will be time to mingle with friends and meet some of Charleston's best health and wellness businesses. There will be mocktails and light bites, all while getting to catch the sunset from the best vantage point in town.
This founding event is centered around mental fitness and bringing the Charleston community together through movement and wellness. We are using this incredible venue and platform to shed a light on mental health while promoting strategies for well-being by involving partners and vendors from our community. All proceeds to benefit QUEST, a local non-profit.
QUEST strenghtens the mental fitness of students and young adults through group recreation, education, and service basd events on campus and in the community.
We are commited to empowering each individual that attends to prioritize their mental and emotional health through movement and other positive outlets. If we can reach just one person to let them know they are not alone in what they are going through or experiencing, we have been a success.
Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind opportunity to exercise on a piece of living history!
