Our immersive 5-day program is a complete crash course for startup founders to successfully leverage the unique ecosystem of Silicon Valley and grow in the US. This is a great opportunity to engage directly, 1on1 with investors and successful business leaders.

Each session is led by a seasoned Silicon Valley veteran providing each company expert insight and feedback. This is more than just speakers with startup topics, we will drive real progress and results to those companies actively pursuing a Silicon Valley or US launch.

When completed you will:

  • Have a clear understanding of where you are and next steps.

  • Understand how to leverage the startup model and Silicon Valley ecosystem.

  • Build a network in the Silicon Valley; initiate partnerships, investors and advisors.

  • Learn how to analyze financing options for your startup

  • Explore tactics to ramp up sales and scale your business

  • Master the pitch to prospective investors, advisors, and mentors

At the end of the program, there will be a Pitch Event – Demo Day, The Top 10 founders will present their companies to specially selected investors. All attendees will be able to network with the investors and speakers.

1-) Orientation and Productization

You will begin with an understanding of the core principles that drive the startup model and why you will fail if you don’t know them. You will learn how to leverage the Silicon Valley ecosystem from successful entrepreneurs, startup veterans and seasoned investors. You will explore principles for Efficient Product Management and how to get to Product Market Fit.

2-) Branding and Marketing

You will hear from and engage with seasoned marketing experts to evaluate different models for growing your startup, develop a marketing messages that resonate with yourtarget customers, and taking your product to market in the United States. Have your Logo and Brand reviewed branding specialist for feedback and guidance.

3-) Growth and Business Development

Sales leaders will discuss and help you define success for your company, formulate your business development plan and identifyyourspecific challenges to scaling and selling in the United State. You will also get insight to successful sales tactics, setting growth goals and building your sales team in the Silicon Valley.

4-) Funding and Legal

Seasoned startup lawyers and CEOs will explain critical legal documents, agreements, how to protect intellectual property and best practices for working with a law firm. Experienced investors will provide detailed insight and strategies to managing your equity, fundraising options, creating your term sheet and developing you funding strategy.

5-) One on One Coaching and Pitching (Graduation)

You will wrap up with a day of 1on1 sessions to apply the Boot Camp material to your startup. You will engage with business leaders on the important leadership qualities needed to run a successful company. You will learn on how to talk like a CEO and formulate a clear concise, compelling message for your Investor Pitch.

Three-minute pitch incorporating feedback, concepts and insights that has resonated from session and 1on1’s.
