Overview

Celebrate Africa Day with the SuSu Run , a charity run dedicated to empowering the youth of Africa.

It’s that time again!

Celebrate Africa Day with the SuSu Run , a charity run dedicated to empowering the youth of Africa. 100% of the proceeds will go toward the Accra Youth League and supporting crisis-impacted regions across the continent.

More about the Accra Youth League
Established in 2020, the league was created with a mission to bridge the gap and provide opportunities for young people in Ghana to grow and thrive through sports. What began as a small basketball clinic has grown into the longest-running youth basketball league in Accra, engaging over 500 boys and girls each year.

Dress to impress!
Come dressed as your favorite African artist and stand a chance to win a prize for the best outfit.

Why “Susu”?
In Twi, Susu means “little by little.” It’s a widely used term in Ghana for a traditional, informal savings system where people pool small amounts over time to build something meaningful together — a perfect reflection of what this run stands for.

Little by little, step by step — we create impact. Join us!
