Description

Money. Does it keep you up at night? Even if obtaining more money is not the #1 challenge, obtaining more diverse revenue is on most nonprofit’s wish list. Once you determine how to obtain revenue, how can you engage board members to help you obtain it? This workshop will equip nonprofits to identify strategic options to be sustainable via one of seven key nonprofit income streams, including mission earned revenue, individual donations, and corporate gifts.

Attend this session to:

  • power up your organization’s sustainability
  • identify new and expand existing revenue opportunities
  • empower your board members to be income champions

This workshop will be presented by Karen Eber Davis, President, Karen Eber Davis Consulting, author of 7 Nonprofit Income Streams.

This workshop is ideal for Executive Directors/CEOs, Board Chairs and Fundraising Committee Chairs from nonprofits with an operating budget of at least $5 million.

Please Note: This meeting is limited to current NPCC nonprofit members only, and may be limited to ONE person per organization due to space constraints.
