Join us for a hands-on sushi-making workshop where participants will learn about the history of sushi, proper rice preparation, and the steps to making sushi rolls. Each participant will make two rolls, including a California roll and an optional tuna or salmon roll. Tea will be served at the end of the workshop. Participants will receive a bamboo sushi mat and a goodie bag to take home.
