Having traveled well beyond Japan, sushi is an immediate crowd pleaser. This class offers three popular variations found in the states: chicken teriyaki, deep-fried dragon tofu and the ever-popular chili crab. Students will get hands-on experience in the cooking, rolling methods, presentation and tasting of quality sushi they'll be proud to make themselves at home. Bring your appetite, as tasting is part of the class! This is a beginner’s class. All are welcome.
