Sushi Making 101

Join us for a Sushi Making 101 class at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, Chicago!
Before the main event, enjoy an introductory appetizer as you settle into your station in upper Filini Restaurant. Then, under the direction of Sushi Chef Moon, build three sushi rolls while you sample a custom selection of Sake, one for each roll. This is a hands-on experience where guests will have the opportunity to build (and most importantly, eat!) their own rolls as well as learn how to properly prepare the rice and ingredients.
Tickets are $40/person (plus taxes and applicable registration fees).

This event is for adults 21+ only. Valid ID required.

No outside Food or Beverage is permitted.
