Sushi & Dumpling Workshop

We started Schola as a place where people could come together, put on an apron and learn about where food comes from and how to cook it. All of our classes are designed to intrigue the beginner as well as the seasoned veteran in the kitchen.

<p>Join us as we prepare several sushi rolls, nigiri and steamed &amp; fried Asian dumplings. We will also be making a dipping sauce for the dumplings. </p>
