Susan Stelter is the Co-Founder and former Chief People Officer at West Monroe, a digital consulting firm in Chicago. Under her leadership, the firm grew from a 4-person startup to over 2,000 associates. West Monroe has been named one of the Best Workplaces for Millennials by Fortune and Great Place to Work for four years in a row.

She will share how operationalizing West Monroe‘s purpose (to build the next generation of leaders) enabled double digit growth, exceptional retention, and culture that ensures a highly successful and sustainable business. Susan has more than 25 years of experience as a consultant and professional services leader.
