Blending mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, this class invites you to slow down, tune in, and explore a deeper connection between body and mind. Expect fluid yet unhurried sequences that encourage awareness, strength, and flexibility—both physically and mentally.Allie is a registered yoga teacher with her 200 RYT certificaiton.
