Thomas Circle Singers is a choral ensemble with a dual mission: to perform diverse choral works for the enjoyment of audiences in the Washington, DC area and to raise awareness and funds for organizations that address the pressing needs of our community.  This season TCS is proud to partner with Project Create. Project Create provides opportunities for creative youth development through accessible, multidisciplinary arts education to empower young people and amplify their voices. We collaborate with children, youth and families in an inclusive and supportive community where art is healing and transformative.

You’ll witness the joy of our newest commission, Arianne Abela and poet Ruthie Prillaman’s Surface. Surface captures a child’s courage and bliss in jumping into the water for the first time. Additionally, we will celebrate our society’s interconnectedness in Karen Siegel’s Love Lines and To Be Free. Set to soaring melodies and infectious rhythms, Siegel’s original poetry in Love Lines describes how we are all “entangled by love” for one another. To Be Free is a lively reinvention of the Shaker tune "Simple Gifts", emphasizing the gift of being in community. Gather your family and friends and join us for this special night of music and togetherness! For the 2025-2026 Season, we are honored to be partnering with <a href="https://nwcommunityfood.net/" title="https://nwcommunityfood.net/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">NW Community Food.</a> A portion of each ticket sold to this and all of our 2025-2026 concerts will be donated to NW Community Food. NW Community Food is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing food insecurity in the DC area with fresh produce, shelf-stable foods, household and personal hygiene items. *A live stream link will be sent on the day of the concert.
