Supply Chain Management Workshop: September 24-25, 2015

The Center for Innovative Food Technology (CIFT) is excited to offer a unique and comprehensive Supply Chain Management Workshop, featuring several speakers from prominent food businesses.

This workshop is designed for representatives focused on quality, supplier relationships, and those who are managing food safety protocols. A multi-tier food supply chain system will be discussed to help businesses understand changing needs in the food industry, market demands, and bring transparency to a company so they can maintain their competitive edge. Lunch, refreshments and snacks will be provided.

Experts and industry service providers will be on hand to inform attendees of these areas and more as related to a comprehensive supply chain program for food processors.

• Food Safety Modernization Act impacts on supply chain including HARPC vs HACCP, food defense/security,and international suppliers.
