Supervisor Training Module 5: Strategic Decision Making

The Supervisor Training Program is designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to effectively supervise and manage employees. The program centers on the value of effective supervision and improves the participants’ ability to lead and motivate others.

Module 5: This course includes processes of effective decision making and a clear picture of how decisions are made in the workplace. This course will also demonstrate how effective decision making is critical to workplace morale, participatory buy-in and full employee engagement.
