Supervisors play a critical role in the success of your teams and your organization as a whole. CONNSTEP's Supervisor Bootcamp workshop helps your emerging managers and supervisors strengthen their leadership skills, including communication, delegation, and conflict resolution.
Over seven 1/2 day sessions, through a combination of in-person learning, interactive activities, and real-world best practices, participants will gain the tools and strategies to effectively manage teams. They will also build Lean awareness — learning to spot workflow obstacles and reduce waste to improve operations.
