Supervising 101 was developed with the goal of teaching new, emerging, or seasoned supervisors the tactical skills necessary to succeed in their roles. Often, supervisors are promoted into their roles without adequate training to take on the hardest job of all- leading people. There is basic, tactical knowledge needed in everyday supervising and that is what this course is meant to teach. Leaders should be successful in building engaged and committed teams- let’s give them what they need to shine.
We have compounded everything we know about tactical management and the benefits of positive culture into a hard-hitting session covering the most important how-to’s.
Supervising 101 takes places over 2 days with a week break inbetween to allow learns to aborsb and practice new skills.
