Welcome to Superpowers of Erotic Belonging: Solo Pleasure Adventure Part 1: Setting the Stage. Join us online to explore your personal relationship to solo pleasure. How often do we take a step back and reflect on our relationship to our own pleasure? Having a life-affirming relationship to this natural human experience can be a major resource for living in these wild times. It can also unhook us from the needs and agendas of other's, bring us closer to ourselves. In this session, we'll set the stage for future pleasure-centered experiences by doing a mindmapping activitity, identifying cultural stories or limiting beliefs, and discovering what we're most curious about. Part 2 will be an opportunity to put what you learn in this session into practice (cameras off). All sexualities and genders welcome! Facilitated by Somatic Sex Educator and Relational Intimacy coach Mikai'el Jade.
