As our closest celestial neighbor shines a little brighter overhead, Chef Dave and the PS UNDERGROUND culinary team will present a secret multicourse menu designed to reflect the beauty, mystery, and quiet magic of the night.
Throughout the evening, live entertainment, music, and unexpected moments will accompany each course, creating an atmosphere that feels intimate, ethereal, and just a little extraordinary.
Thousands of years before city lights and smartphones, humanity gathered beneath this same moon to celebrate, tell stories, mark the seasons, and make sense of the world around them. Tonight, we continue that tradition in our own way, gathered around a table beneath a moon that has traveled just a little closer to us.
