Do I need to bring pilate socks?

Grip socks will be provided for you! You are more than welcome to bring your own or you can do it barefoot as well!

Is it beginner friendly?

Yes! The class is completely beginner friendly and will have a wonderful instructor!

What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes entrance into the class, the ticketing website fee, goodie bag, snacks and drinks.

Any athletic clothes are perfect! Try not to wear loose pants because of the reformer! It is encouraged to wear light blue or yellow to match the theme!
