Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park (FLSSP) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting, enhancing and promoting Lake Sammamish State Park. The organization was founded in 2013 by concerned citizens interested in preserving and improving this natural environmental treasure.

<P>Find Your Balance! Join us in May for a Vinyasa Power Flow Yoga Class  offered by <A HREF="https://www.verdeorganicbody.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Verde Organic Body</A> and taught by Nicole Keicher. This class sequence will start with a focus on strength, flexibility and cardio, while incorporating the balance of restoration, deep stretching, breath work, and mindfulness.  The class will be held on Tuesdays in May from 6pm-7pm at Lake Sammamish State Park.</P>
<P>We welcome everyone at all experience levels.  The instructor will provide lots of strengthening and alignment queues.  If you do not have a mat, let us know and we can provide one for you. Come as you are today!</P>
