Sunset Yoga

Holly Zajur is dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga as an E-RYT 200 hr yoga instructor. Holly runs and practices yoga regularly and loves the ways yoga supports her active lifestyle.Holly’s yoga asana practice and teaching style focus on making the practice accessible to students of all levels. She is passionate about creating supportive community environments, which she emphasizes in her classes.Holly’s classes offer breath work, asana, and yoga principles to integrate the practice off the mat and into daily life. A similar ashtanga vinyasa sequence of postures is shared through a slow alignment based flow to help students gain confidence and strength.
