Yoga In The Park: Donation Based 🧘❤️
Come join us for a rejuvenating yoga session at South Bryant Park! A beautiful way to connect with yourself, the community, and nature - we'll be in the grass right in front of the water.
We'll start nice and slow with deep stretchy movements as we gradually pick up pace just enough to connect to our inner fire, to feel that heat and strength. Then slowing it down into more deep stretches and ending with a nice long savasana to allow the body to fully let go.
I will always check in with everyone's energy levels prior to class and change the pace accordingly, some days we just need a little more chill ❤️ or extra spice 🌶️
- All levels, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you're welcome to flow with us.
- Donation based, pay what you can, or just show up and bring good vibes :)
- Weather permitting - I will always update on Instagram: @RootedBlissWellness. If it is raining, it is canceled.
Depending on how busy it is, sometimes we are North of the parking lot at South Bryant Park. Other times we are on the South side, set up under the big trees by the playground. You can always text me if you can't find us!

About the instructor:
Introducing Stephanie Barnard, a dedicated 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. Stephanie's yoga classes offer a unique blend of mindfulness and movement, guiding students through an exploration of their bodies and minds.
With an emphasis on breath control and presence, Stephanie's classes provide a sanctuary for students to reconnect with themselves. She encourages students to listen to their bodies, honoring their individual needs and limitations in each moment.
In Stephanie's classes, you can expect plenty of mindfulness moments and opportunities to pause and check in with sensations, emotions, and thoughts. She fosters an environment of self-compassion and acceptance, empowering students to embrace their journey on and off the mat.
