We will practice in the grassy area on the south side of the park so I recommend parking in the back of the Maple Grove Government Center and following the walking path to get to yoga: 12800 Arbor Lakes Pkwy N Maple Grove, MN 55369
That depends what type of person you are! Type A: yourself, bug spray, sunscreen, sunglasses, water, yoga mat/towel, hand towel, empty bladder, camera, phone, sweater, fur baby/real baby, friend, snacks, & a toy doll. Type B: yourself and maybe a yoga mat/towel will be just fine!
This class is welcome to ALL beings. With that being said we also want to make this class enjoyable for all beings! Please leave your kids and fur babies at home if you think they might cause “major”distractions to the other yogis (running across mats, screaming, consistent barking etc.).
The short answer is YES. I do pay the city to use the space and for a few licenses/supplies so your free willing donations are very much appreciated to help cover the costs of the class. I accept many forms of payment including a contact free drop box located at the front of class.
