About this event

Relieve stress and explore the connection between breath and movement with instructor, Shivani Singh, as the sun sets over the Hudson with views of the Tappan Zee bridge and NYC in the distance.

Appropriate for all levels of experience, ages 18+.

Please bring a yoga mat and water and arrive at least 15 minutes early to account for the 10-minute walk to the site. Tick/insect repellent is advised.

The class is at Rockwood Hall, DO NOT go to the main entrance. The parking lot is on Kendal Way off route 117, just after the intersection of Phelps and Regeneron. If the lot is full, you may park in the Phelps garage (free).

Walk up the hill across the street from the parking lot, make a right at the kiosk and walk 5 minutes until you reach the foundation.

In the event of rain, class will be canceled; you will be notified via email by noon day of.

Rockefeller State Park Preserve was created through several farsighted and generous gifts to the State of New York by the Rockefeller Family since 1983. It is designated as a “park-preserve” to highlight and protect its natural, historical, and cultural values. Its network of carriage trails wind through scenic forests, fields, and wetlands, which provide important habitat for native plants and wildlife. 

The Preserve Office and Gallery are open daily from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and are located at 125 Phelps Way, Pleasantville, N.Y. 10570.
