This event will be benefiting the non profit : one•n•ten = Our mission is to serve LGBTQ youth and young adults ages 11-24. We enhance their lives by providing empowering social and service programs that promote self‐expression, self‐acceptance, leadership development, and healthy life choices.

Tickets for this event are complimentary, however, we will be accepting donations for the non profit one•n•ten. We thank you for your dedication to making a postive impact in your local community.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Sunset Techno (the "Event") hosted by Cannababe, and/or their partners (collectively referred to as the "Organizers"), I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event.
2. Release of Claims: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Organizers, their respective officers, directors, employees, agents,partners, sponsors and representatives (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to bodily injury, personal injury, disability, death, property damage, or loss, that I may sustain as a result of my participation in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including but not limited to any claims brought by third parties.
4. Medical Treatment Authorization: In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Organizers to obtain medical treatment for me if I am unable to do so myself. I agree to be responsible for all costs associated with any such medical treatment.
5. Photographic Release: I hereby grant the Organizers the right to take photographs, video recordings, or other media of me during the Event and to use such media for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation to me.
6. Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
7. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
8. I WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against JKMS, Cura AZ LLC, Walter Productions LLC, Walter LLC, The Walter Hive, and Walter Management Group, LLC, and each of their respective subsidiaries and/or affiliates and each of their respective directors, manager, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereafter referred to as the “Releasees”) relating to the consumption of alcohol or cannabis, including without limitation related to my transportation to and from the event;
9. I RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability of any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer in connection with the consumption of alcohol or cannabis from any cause whatsoever, including without limitation related to my transportation to and from the event, and INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OF THE PART OF THE RELEASEES;

I hereby confirm by registering that I am over the age of 21 and that I am responsible and will adhere to all the rules and restrictions set forth herein or otherwise instructed to me before or during the event.

1. I AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all lability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from my consumption of alcohol or cannabis, including without limitation related to my transportation to and from the event.

I have read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
