Join us for a guided meditation and relaxing sound bath experience to reset your mind & renew your spirit ✨
Come join us for a relaxing Guided Meditation & Sound Bath at The Foothills Recreation & Aquatics Center in the Jackrabbit Room. This event is a co-ed space for adults 18+.
Let this time be an opportunity for you to practice self care, connect with community, and most importantly to reconnect with yourself. This is an invitation to slow down, allow your mind to rest, and open your heart to things you have forgotten. I will use various instruments including sound bowls, chimes, and drums. I also incorporate essential oils and aromatherapy as well. You are invited to wear comfortable clothing as you will be laying down or sitting. And you can bring your own comfort items from home like a pillow or blanket if you wish!
