Sunset Sound Bath: Inner Glow Experience

Join me for an intimate sunset sound bath designed to help you regulate your nervous system, soften into stillness, and reconnect with your inner glow.

As the sun begins to set, you will be immersed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and grounding instruments in a warm, light-filled loft space. This is a pure sound immersion. An hour to lie down, release, and receive.

You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed, and more connected to yourself.

This experience is intentionally limited to keep the space intimate and supportive.

What to Bring

Floor setups are required for this experience. Please bring your own yoga mat.

You are welcome to bring your own blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, or anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.

Cushioned Mat Upgrade

A limited number of cushioned mat setups are available for those who prefer a more elevated, cozy experience.
Includes a plush mat, blanket, and eye mask. Available as an optional add-on at booking.

Please plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.
