Meet us in the backyard for a relaxing sunset sound bath led by Mickee. Bring anything you need to get comfortable like a yoga mat, beach towel, bolster, blocks, pillow, blankets, etc.Lay back, relax &amp; soak up the benefits from crystal bowls, gongs, rain sticks, and chimes being played live. This session is designed to help you soften your body &amp; slow down your mind.  Since we will be outside, layers are recommended :]Arrive at The Board Club by 7p &amp; get comfy!
