We are here again! 4th Annual, Sunset Soiree. Below is the link for the updated packet and link for opening registrations. Remember get your groups in early, this event fills up pretty fast. We are almost sold out. Only 80 seats remaining. When you register, return calls will be returned within 48 hours. I look forward to seeing you all with us again and newbies. This year’s band is Park n’ Ride. If you have not heard about them---Get Ready! Due to the variety of prices, it is best that you go to the link to pay. This event is not free.

Important things to know!
· Once you register, you will not need to pay.
· Someone will call to confirm your order and do any additions or changes.
· Please let them know if you are adding more people to your already count, so all parties will be together.
· We will only hold your spots without payment for 2 weeks from the date of registration and then your seats will be released. The time starts the day you put in your order, so please--please get your money from your groups. You may have them call in and pay this year, as well to get a little pressure off you. You will be given the deadline date when you receive the call.
· If someone calls in from your group to pay, remember to have them mention your name (group lead) to avoid confusion and them being placed at another table. Honestly, it is easier to have one key person, however we understand, otherwise.
· You will need emails for all guests this year. This will avoid a lot of confusion and create more unity with information being shared, along with updates.
