Our team will guide you through a 45-minute class that is powerful, invigorating, and (most importantly) fun to help you find your inner zen.🧘 Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this event welcomes all levels of experience. Bring your own mat, where your favorite yoga fit, and grab your bestie to share in the magic of this rejuvenating practice.🍹 After the flow, stick around for our Sunset Social Hour — a laid-back vibe where you can sip, mingle, and soak up the golden hour with your community. We’re serving one complimentary sunset cocktail with RSVP, crafted just for the moment Aundréa is bringing that grounding energy that will have you ready to face anything. About Aundréa:Aundréa (she/them) is a yoga teacher, writer, and world traveler who sees the mat as a meeting place for self-awareness, strength, and healing. She received her 200HR certification in Vinyasa from Dancing Dogs Yoga and brings a grounding, steady energy to her classes.Aundréa is committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces — especially for those across spectrums of identity and neurodivergence — to feel welcome, seen, and at peace.
