- Cost: This is a Sliding Scale-based class! $15 - $30.

Practical Details:
- Attire: Wear comfortable yoga attire.
- What to Bring: Don't forget your yoga mat and water. Denver Yoga Social (DYS) will have a few extra mats available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Parking: We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class. Valet parking at the Catbird Hotel is available for $12. There is also street parking around the venue.
