YOGA: Together we rise up to the rooftop for a beautiful Ashtanga / Vinyasa Yoga Flow class + tip to boost our practice with leading Yoga Teacher, Lisa PumperStudents will be guided through yoga postures in step-by-step verbal cues and demonstration. Teacher will also assist / adjust students as needed within poses.
