Erin Sonn, M.Ed., E-RYT, YACEP teaches traditional styles of yoga and mindfulness in nontraditional spaces to make the practice accessible and fun. EVERYbody is welcome! Erin offers modifications and amplifications to suit every level of yogi, from beginner to advanced. Namaste & Cheers!

Join us for the last sips of summertime fun! Roll out your mat at the Fairlington Meadows pool for a refreshing, hourlong, all-levels, mindful movement class under the setting sun. Tickets are $10 each. BYO mat. Attendees are welcome to bring an après-yoga snack or drink to share, but it is not required. Fairlington and non-Fairlington residents welcome. 
Yoga taught by Erin Sonn, M.Ed., RYT, owner of eat.YOGA.drink., bringing traditional yoga and mindfulness experiences to nontraditional spaces.
