Erin Sonn, M.Ed., E-RYT, YACEP teaches traditional styles of yoga and mindfulness in nontraditional spaces to make the practice accessible and fun. EVERYbody is welcome! Erin offers modifications and amplifications to suit every level of yogi, from beginner to advanced. Namaste & Cheers!

Fairlington Meadows Pool

Roll out your mat at the Fairlington Meadows pool for a refreshing, hourlong, all-levels, mindful movement class under the setting sun. Tickets are $15 each. BYO mat. Attendees are welcome to bring an après-yoga snack or drink (no glassware). Fairlington and non-Fairlington residents aged 12+ are welcome. Yoga taught by Erin Sonn, M.Ed., RYT, owner of eat.YOGA.drink., bringing traditional yoga and mindfulness experiences to nontraditional spaces.
