60 minute outdoor H.I.I.T. Pilates (High Intensity Interval Training. For all skill levels! Elevate your heart, mind and body at Sunset.

Join us along with an instructor from Hot Yoga Ferndale! We'll be ouside at sunset downtown Detroit at Beacon Park for a 60 minute session of commiunity, wellness and fitness!Using the principles of Pilates and H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) this energizing low-impact class will elevate your heart rate and safely strengthen your whole body. Please bring a mat, towel, and water! Special thanks to Hot Yoga Ferndale.Please note: This is a donation class ($10 recommended). Majority of proceeds will go to a Detroit based Black Food Sovereignty Network. The organization provides initiatives to create sustainable and equitable food systems. * RSVP is required.* $10 donation is recommended and can be paid upon arrival with the instructor.
