Sunset Healing Collective Community Day - Rain or Shine!

Activities & Tentative Schedule of Events:

Outdoor Tent Activities: Relax and rejuvenate in the beautiful Spring weather! We'll have a comfortable space set up with yoga blankets and blocks (bring your own mat if you have one).

Workshop Schedule:

• 10:15 AM: Opening Circle with Kristin Misik
• 10:30 AM: Energy without coffee/Relaxation without wine with Laura Deney
• 11:00 AM: Sound Bath with Jennifer Muir
• 11:45 AM: Guided meditation with Wendy Bower
• 12:15 PM: The Foundational 4--Postures for Pain-Free Living with Hannah Fox
• 12:45 PM: Functional Herbal Medicine with Ashley Sapir Lathrop

Indoor Activities:

-Delicious food by Chef Jodi Rae of Full Heart Foods

-Soothing tea from The Ridge Tea Room

-Informative demonstrations on various wellness practices:

• Acupuncture
• Body Positional Therapy (potentially)
• Sound healing with 1:1 micro sound baths
• Infrared Sauna
• Massage therapy
