Join Lily Rodriguez for an outdoor movement and ecstatic dance experience at The Garden Hotel. Through music, movement, flow, and expressive dance, you’ll be guided to get out of your head, into your body, and connect with yourself and the community around you.
No dance experience needed just come with an open heart and ready to move. ✨
Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Complimentary citrus water will be provided.
