Sunset Beach Yoga
Join me for a rejuvenating and stress relieving yoga experience every Tuesday! Unwind from your day and soak up the sunshine as the sun sets over the ocean. I will guide you through a relaxing yoga session suitable for all levels and flexibility. Feel the gentle sea breeze as we flow through poses, improving flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Need time to nourish your mind, body, and soul? Grab your mat, bring your friends, and let's move under the sun together! This event is entirely donation based and serves to make yoga and meditation accessible for everyone!
Location Meeting Spot: 771-799 Ocean Ave Santa Monica.
Details: ** Please arrive at 4:15pm to allow time for parking and walking down to the sand together. We will meet at 771-799 Ocean Ave Santa Monica by the Palisades Park (from here there is an entry way of stairs down to the beach - a quick 7 min walk- where we will cross the bridge together!)
This is to ensure you are able to find our yoga spot by Beach Tower 8 :)
Parking: There is street and metered parking on Ocean and Montana.
